I have spent my entire career in the building industry, working across a diverse range of projects along the South Coast, including custom homes, renovations, extensions, and architectural builds. Over time, I have seen firsthand the challenges that arise when clients are passed between teams who lack a deep understanding of their project.

At Will Nelson Constructions, I take a different approach. Every client works directly with me. I am actively involved on-site, engaged in the work, and personally available whenever questions or issues arise.

Will Nelson

Owner and Builder

Will’s the guy turning big ideas into beautiful homes - usually with a calm head and a good laugh along the way. When he’s off the tools, he’s into enduro riding, boating, family adventures and planning the ultimate lap of Australia.

Soph keeps everything ticking along behind the scenes and loves seeing the team bring dream homes to life. Outside work, she’s all about Pilates, dancing, beach days, family adventures and keeping Teddy the Border Collie out of the neighbours’ yards.

Kyron’s on site making sure the finished product looks sharp. He loves a job done properly, and outside work you’ll find him fishing, following rugby league, hitting the beach or hanging with his two kelpies.

Jaime gets stuck into a bit of everything on site and loves that no two days are the same. Away from work, she's into motorbike riding, surfing, gymnastics, and looking after her mini zoo of pets.
