Our Process

Step 1: Get in touch

Tell us about your project. We will ask the right questions to understand your vision, your timeline, and your budget before anything goes on paper.

Step 2: Proposal and Estimate

We prepare a detailed written proposal covering scope, pricing, inclusions, and timeline. Once plans are finalised, we revisit the estimate with detailed supplier and subcontractor pricing.

Step 3: Contract and Kick-Off

We sign a clear building contract with no hidden clauses. A site-specific safety plan is prepared and the build team is introduced before work begins.

Step 4: Weekly Site Meetings

Will is available on site once a week to go over selections, schedules, change orders, or anything you want to discuss. These meetings keep communication open and the build on track.

Step 5: Fortnightly Payment Claims

At the end of each fortnight you receive a payment claim covering labour, materials, and subcontract invoices, plus a detailed payment tracker so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.

Step 6: Handover

At practical completion, your property receives a full commercial clean and we walk through every detail with you before handing over the keys.
